First there was Chris Lear, who spent the 1998 cross country season with the University of Colorado Buffaloes, doing research for his book, Running with The Buffaloes. Then there was Matt Taylor, who spent the 2005 cross country season visiting 11 different college cross country teams, and chronicled his experience at the web site chasingtradition.com (and is currently doing a similar project at chasingkimbia.com). Now there's Mark Floreani and Ryan Ponsonby, who are getting ready to launch a new web site, flotrack.com, and seem to be next in the line of young males living helping us get an inside look at the lives of top-level runners and their coaches. For more information, watch the preview video on the site's homepage.

Hey,
This is Mark from flotrack and I saw your post about our site. I posted an explanation on my blog at www.flotrackr.com/blog because a lot of people have been asking what were doing. We will also have a new preview up tonight at www.flotrack.com. Hopefully it will be the next new hot running site because we have put in a lot of hours of driving and doing tons of interviews all over the country. We will post 1 to 7 clips of these interviews that we call "flocasts". Flocasts will be and will always be free to watch. You will not have to download them and they will always be up for you to rewatch past Flocasts. Hope you check out the site/blog and tells us what you think. Thanks
