Sarah Schwald, who finished third in the 1,500 at the 2006 USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships while training with the Boulder Performance Training Group, has opted to return to Madison, Wisconsin to train under coach Jerry Schumacher. The BPTG is now looking for women who are interested in training under coach Brad Hudson in Boulder, Colorado, who have run at least 16:30 for 5,000 meters. Interested athletes should contact Coach Hudson at bhudson (at) bouldertraining.com. British steeplechaser Jo Ankier has already made plans to join the group in 2007.
The BPTG roster currently includes Dathan Ritzenhein, Jorge Torres, Ed Torres, and Jason Hartmann.
